Make Zeffy your cashier for in person events.

I am currently serving as President of my local Rotary club. As an affiliate of Rotary International, we are dedicated to improving quality of life both locally and around the world. We can often be found staffing a table at a local community event where we are either selling raffle tickets, various items or just collecting donations. We have found that many people, especially younger people rely heavily on apps and credit cards and don't carry cash. When we don't know what the amounts are going to be, it's very difficult to set up a store for payment on Zeffy, since it only allows you to collect pre-set amounts. Our solution? We set up a tore on Zeffy, but instead of putting products in it, we made the products be cash denominations. For example, if someone is buying things that total $18, they would purchase one ten dollar bill, one five dollar bill and three one dollar bills for a total of $18. It has made a big difference in our ability to collect funds at this kind of event.
