Why it worked: People didn't just donate to a program, they saw themselves in our mission. When young Latinas share their own stories of finding their voice, it moves the donors who once needed that same space to step up and give it to the next generation. That personal mirror is what turned followers into donors.

One thing another nonprofit could repeat: Show your why, not just tell them. Amor Movement let the girls' voices lead across Instagram, newsletters, and social media and donors responded because they felt the connection, not just the need.
