At Extra Mile Pediatrics this is one of our main donation pages and we absolutely love using Zeffy for this form as well as all others! We find Zeffy extremely easy to use, pleasing to look at from a donor perspective, and it has been an absolute game changer with allowing us to fundraise without fees or hassle!

Zeffy allows us to have so much more impact knowing that each dollar our supporters send our way does, in fact, come to us. With our mission being to provide repeated pediatric care to communities that face significant barriers to receiving treatment every dollar goes a very long way.

We will continue making new forms much the same way as this one to continue our success with using Zeffy and to continue the impact we have in regard to our mission!
