Our form worked well because we kept it simple. Our church members contribute to so many ministries inside the church and out in the community; so being able to simplify giving to one form and have the drop down to easily choose the gift designation has encouraged those who might not be the most tech savvy to give online giving a try. Moving to Zeffy has increased our online giving response which makes things more efficient for our record keeping.

One thing I recommend other nonprofits to do is to take the time to onboard well and explain how Zeffy works so that people feel comfortable using it. We created a colorful one page instruction handout so folks knew exactly what to do and we explained it further in meetings with the congregation leading up to implementation. Zeffy is really a new concept to a lot of folks so educating our givers before implementing really contributed to the results we have achieved.
