Our Annual Kyle Akin Memorial Outing form worked well because it became a one-stop shop for participants. Golfers could register teams, sponsors could select sponsorship levels, and supporters could make donations all through a single, easy-to-navigate form. Even though our event is still open, we've already sold 65 tickets and raised nearly $6,800, while significantly reducing the administrative work typically required to manage an event of this size.

One thing another nonprofit could repeat is using Zeffy to streamline both registration and payments. In addition to our main outing registration form, we created a separate day-of-activities form for raffles, games, contests, and other event purchases. This gives attendees the ability to pay by credit card instead of relying on cash or checks, keeps transactions organized, automatically tracks purchases, and allows funds to be deposited directly into the nonprofit's account. The result is less paperwork, fewer manual deposits, easier reconciliation, and more time focused on the mission instead of managing payments.
