We had donors ask for specific examples of what their contributions go toward on a dollar value basis. Zeffy makes it easy to add a description to a suggested dollar amount and frequency.  We simply added our budget line items to the form in a way that not only lets the donor know how their contribution will be used, it allows them to see the impact that their generosity makes as they partner with us in the ministry work. 

Helping donors to see how their contributions are making a difference is what establishes loyalty.  When they understand that by using Zeffy the ministry gets to keep the full amount of their intended donation it allows them to give with confidence and purpose.
