We think this form was extra successful because it has remained a constant since we started using Zeffy. This link stays permanently on our website so there is never any confusion when community members want to donate at a random time throughout our season of programming. We update the description to keep the public informed of what we are up to and this general donation form link stays active so we never have to worry about folks getting confused of where to donate.

Other nonprofits could follow suit in having one link that they constantly keep active on their site so that if they ever send it out to people they don't have to worry about it being expired. We of course have other specific fundraiser or event pages that expire over time as events end, but this one stays constant.
