Our form worked due to the simplicity, allowing people to see where their donation goes in support of our skaters, and the description of our organization- who we support, what we do, and how we work!

Another nonprofit could definitely put what supporters donations go toward. We have noticed that the more you tell people where their money is going they are more apt to donate as well as become repeat donors.
