The default ideology across the globe is that we need to exploit sentient beings for food, clothing, research, and much more. The Capitol Region Vegan Network is challenging this narrative by connecting individuals and businesses who share the same ideology: We can do better; for the animals, for the planet, for our health. By creating a vibrant community, we are able to share in events ranging from monthly animal sanctuary trips, environmental networking events, cooking classes, advocacy trainings, and beloved annual events such as our Veg Fests, Cookie Swaps, Tea Parties, BBQ, and 5k picnics. Connecting communities and passion to create a future that includes all living beings. Choosing compassion in all areas of life goes against the "mainstream" and we are here to make sure those who choose compassion, have all the resources they need.
