This form works well because we clear share how it connects with our mission and what our mission is. We provide several levels of giving, including a recurring donation option and an option to set their own amount.

We provide options for areas within our ministry that people can select. This let's us also know which event they attended. We post the QR code for donations at our ministry events instead of only Sunday morning.
