Why it worked: We gave donors clear examples of what their gift provides. Instead of asking people to simply support our mission, we showed how donations help provide program supplies, workshops, mentorship, STEM activities, and social-emotional support for middle school girls. Donors could immediately connect their contribution to a tangible impact.

One thing we'd repeat: Assign donation amounts to real outcomes. When supporters can see exactly what $40, $50, $100, or $160 helps provide for a girl in the program, they're more likely to give because they understand the difference their donation makes.
