Hi everyone! My name is Katrina Gordon, and I am the Chief Executive Director of C.O.P.E., Inc. (Community Outreach Partnership & Engagement).

C.O.P.E. was founded with a heart-centered mission: to uplift individuals and families experiencing difficult times by providing compassionate support, practical resources, and meaningful community connections. Through our programs, we serve the unhoused, support local schools through mentoring and enrichment, provide financial literacy education, assist families in building stability, and prepare youth and adults for career success.

What drives me is simple—restoring hope and creating real pathways for people to thrive. Every initiative we lead is rooted in compassion, dignity, and community impact.

I joined the Zeffy community to connect with like-minded nonprofit leaders, learn best practices in fundraising, and explore innovative ways to grow our impact. Zeffy has already been a valuable tool in helping us raise funds and engage supporters, and I’m excited to learn, share, and collaborate with others who are passionate about making a difference.
