Learn How Davidsonville Area Civic Association has saved $$$

Hi I'm the treasurer for Davidsonville Area Civic Association and we switched to Zeffy in December 2024 and have saved over $1,000 in processing fees. Not to mention how easy the switch was for us. We were able to set up campaigns for membership, business supporters, general donations and scholarship donations within a matter of minutes. We turned on the option for automatic reoccurring payments and were surprised by the number of people that didn't opt out. The automatic reoccurring system works flawlessly and it reduces the manual notifications of renewals to our members/donors. We were also able to incorporate an additional donation onto our membership and business supporter campaigns so one stop shopping they can make their purchase and a donation instead of having to go to a different campaign.

We will be moving our newsletter to the Zeffy Communication platform soon, which will also allow us to save more money. For those that haven't made the switch yet to Zeffy, I highly encourage you to do it. You're doing your non-profit a disservice if you haven't made the move. We have no regrets.
