Collecting Travel fees the easy way!

Why it worked: We used the ticketing system to collect Travel fees for our FIRST Robotics trip. In the past I rely on checks or cash which in this day and age can be difficult. You wouldn't believe the number of adults that don't know how to write checks, guess I'm old. Any way, giving my students/parents the ability to pay with credit card made it so easy not just for them but for me as well. Less checks to keep track and less headache trying to track down people after the deadline to get payments.

Something to Repeat: We used this form to collect final fees, but we used a separate form to collect Deposits. I think in the future I would combine this into a single form to help keep all event related fee collection in the same form and traceable.
