Why it worked: Zeffy is our go-to for ticket sales, silent auctions, online shop and anything else we could possibly use it for (I can't wait to utilize the raffle ticket option). This platform is so easy to use, and the fact that there are no processing fees for our clients is a huge win! Our whole model is based on keeping our programming accessible for local families, so the fewer fees, the better.

I also love how clearly everything is laid out on the dashboard. It makes it so easy to keep track of sales, donations and who our different donors are. I have such appreciation for Zeffy!

One thing another nonprofit could repeat (a tactic, feature, or insight): The automatic emails are perfect for sending reminders, especially if your ticket sales start several weeks or months before the actual event. Also, the sign-in manager is easy to use and share with anyone else. It required very little explanation for our volunteer ushers.
