RIMEA 2026 Junior All-State Band and Orchestra Concert

You are invited to enjoy our Junior All-State musicians!After payment, you will receive an email receipt with a link to your tickets. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not initially see this email. You may print the tickets or show the e-ticket on a mobile device to enter the concert.When purchasing tickets, there is an opportunity to provide an additional donation to RIMEA. Donations are dedicated to the All-In-Music Fund. This fund supports RIMEA’s efforts in making student participation in RIMEA events, and music education in general, more accessible for ALL students in RI regardless of income. The fund provides scholarships to eliminate barriers to participation in All-State events, and provides travel support for All-Eastern and All-National Honors Ensemble students.*RIMEA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and donations are tax exempt to the extent allowable by law. Why it worked: We use Zeffy forms to support our Rhode Island All-State musicians at the elementary, junior, and senior levels - Over a thousand excellent young musicians in all! Families purchase concert tickets through Zeffy. This also gives us a handy way to communicate with all families about logistics, pickup times, etc. We love using Zeffy’s bulk communication tools!

One thing another nonprofit could repeat: We model all our All-State ticketing forms off of a consistent template. This gives our families a similar look and feel across all age groups, giving them a sense of familiarity and trust as their students return to our festivals year after year. This also allows us to evaluate efficacy (i.e., view and open rates) in order to iterate and refine our approach over time. I highly recommend templating future ticketing forms off of previous ones!
