Bobcat Summer Adventures
This was our first year using Zeffy for our summer camp registrations, and it completely streamlined our signup process. We loved being able to accept electronic payments, set enrollment limits for each camp session, and attach required waivers directly to the registration form. Having everything in one place made registration much easier for families and significantly reduced the administrative workload for our coordinators.
Throughout the week, children have the opportunity to learn hands-on skills such as woodworking and sewing, build confidence by trying new things, express their creativity, and make lasting memories with their friends. By spending less time on paperwork and administrative tasks, our volunteers and coordinators were able to devote more energy to providing meaningful experiences that helped each camper learn, grow, and have fun.
We will definitely be using Zeffy again for this event. By collecting everything at once and setting capacity limits for each session, we eliminated paperwork, reduced follow-up emails, and ensured our camps didn't become overbooked. This saved our volunteers countless hours and created a much smoother experience for everyone involved.
