Why it worked - 100 Women Who Care Maui is a 501c3 Giving Circle of over 230 members. We gather for one hour, four times a year, and each member donates $100 (or more…) We then distribute 100% of the funds collected each quarter directly to the local nonprofit chosen at our gatherings (currently over $23K per event). We use Zeffy Event Forms to invite our members and guests to attend our quarterly events. The events are located at different restaurants, so this is a great way to sell the optional dinner tickets and also collect guest donations for our chosen charity of the evening. We also collect donations made to our non-profit to help with running our organization and facilitating our events. These options are all available on one form and makes the purchasers transaction go smoothly.

The Event Forms are great tools to keep track of multiple options purchasers can choose from. Whether it be to purchase different types of ticket or make donations, having everything on one form works perfectly for us!
