Why it worked: Our biannual conference at Godly Play UK has 3 different events within the conference. Creating the booking form through Zeffy allowed us to separate these event through creating a unique ticket for each, all whilst keeping it under the umbrella of the conference. It was really helpful being able to separate the tickets as some delegates could only attend the first part of the conference.

One thing another non-profit could repeat: We absolutely love the questions section that Zeffy offers! Being able to create specific questions for each ticket was invaluable as this meant that delegates could choose in advance their workshops for each day and also a top tip would be to set a limit on questions - this ensured we didn't have too many delegates in each workshop.

Would highly recommend using Zeffy to anyone looking to host a complicated conference or event with multiple stages. Zeffy made it very easy to set up and for our delegates to book on.
