Queer Choral Events and Tiered Pricing

Tone Cluster is a queer choral organization in Ottawa, ON and we love using Zeffy to sell tickets to our concerts! While we have always offered Pay-What-You-Can options, we have recently started a Support+ category, which is a ticket at a higher price point than the "General Admission".

All ticket types (General Admission, Support+ and PWYC) provide the audience with the same thing; there are no perks to paying more money. But by being transparent about Support+ tickets allowing us to offer PWYC tickets, we have seen a huge increase in revenue. This has also allowed us to provide free tickets to queer newcomers and other community groups.
