Finding Nemo Jr / Bye Bye Birdie Theater Performances

Zeffy provided an easy way for our homeschool co-op's Theater Program to sell tickets to their performances. We created different ticket types for each performance time, and could easily see the number of tickets and the types we had sold for each show in the Campaign Overview.

We also created a separate Zeffy campaign for the Theater Concession Stand to keep track of those sales.

A couple of tips that may help your organization:

1. On Performance days, recruit someone to help you at the door. Share the Check-In link with them so they can help check-in patrons. This is easy to do because the volunteer helper will be able to view the patron list on their own phone and check-off people as they enter.

2. Make sure your event organizer puts the Zeffy app on their phone so that anyone who has not pre-purchased a ticket can use Tap to Pay at the door.
