Why we love Zeffy:

The purpose of our organization is to restore, preserve and protect the living and structural history, the spirit of the Hutchinson area and to showcase these assets now and for the future. We were fortunate to showcase one of our historical homes and the Zeffy system was amazing in helping us to streamline the registration process, send reminders of their up coming tours and the financial support offered by this site. Our event raised $8000, 322 people attended over 2 days and this money will now allow us to restore our most treasured asset, the Harrington Merrill House, the oldest home in our county that survived the 1862 Dakota/US War. We could not have managed this without the Zeffy system.

One thing we would repeat:

We learned from this fundraiser how to use your system in different ways. We offer free history bus tours monthly and we can now use your system to let people choose the date they prefer in advance, make a donation and receive a reminder email. This has saved contless time from having to record this information manually.
