What We Loved: The flexibility of Zeffy’s Ticketing Form allowed our small quilt guild to transform a traditional vendor registration process into a streamlined, professional online experience. Instead of using separate forms, emails, and payment requests, we used ticket types to represent different vendor options, including hallway tables, interior booths, Wi-Fi access, and electrical drops.

Vendors could easily select the space and services they needed in a single transaction, making registration simple and intuitive. This creative use of the ticketing platform helped us manage our quilt show more efficiently while providing vendors with a smooth, organized signup process.

Most importantly, Zeffy gave our volunteer-run organization the tools to operate with the professionalism of a much larger event. One Thing to Learn: One creative solution we developed with Zeffy was a way to manage vendor deposits and final payments without requiring manual bookkeeping. We created a separate Zeffy campaign that allowed vendors to submit their booth deposit in advance. Once the deposit was received, the vendor was issued a unique discount code equal to the amount of their deposit.

When it came time to complete their Vendor Application and make the final payment, vendors simply entered their discount code during checkout. The code automatically deducted the deposit amount from their balance, creating a seamless payment experience.

This approach simplified payment tracking, reduced administrative work for our volunteer team, and gave vendors a convenient, professional way to secure their space and complete payment. By creatively combining Zeffy's campaign and discount code features, we built a customized registration workflow that met the unique needs of our quilt show.
