WHY WE LOVE IT: As a volunteer-run high school grad night team, Zeffy made ticket sales, donations and student registration incredibly easy to manage for both the volunteers and parents. The export feature was a game changer, allowing one person to quickly track sales, refunds, cancellations and student information (food allergies, life-threatening concerns) without hours of manual work. Also, we loved that our school's real images could be used rather than boilerplate images AND creating the forms was extremely easy; the process was very intuitive. Best of all, every dollar raised went directly toward creating a safe and memorable grad night experience for our seniors.

ONE THING WE WOULD REPEAT: We would absolutely use Zeffy again for future senior grad night events because it simplified our entire registration and fundraising process. The ability to easily export and organize data saved our volunteer team (one person really) countless hours and helped her stay organized throughout the year. Zeffy allowed the small volunteer team to focus on the students and the event rather than administrative tasks. Zeffy made the grad night signup and tracking doable for just a single person to manage. That's a real highlight, one person was able to manage nearly 200 grad night senior sign ups.
