Our campaign worked because it provided an easy and convenient method of ticketing our event. People loved the idea of registering online and doing away with our old, cumbersome snail mail registration and ticketing. Using Zeffy increased our sales over last year and made it simpler to process the check-in on arrival.

Our event worked for us because it was unique, new, and exciting. The ability to use different photos for the four different activities, made it easy to understand our itinerary and created more excitement than previous ticketing processes. We also made a video showing our users exactly how to purchase their tickets, with step by step instructions. This helped a lot of our older veterans who are perhaps not as technically inclined.
