Our non-profit organization's mission is to preserve and promote the rich culture of Canadian fiddling throughout our country. Our annual competition moves to different a province/territory each year. Previously, our ticketing platform changed each year and our online donation platform was completely separate. Switching to Zeffy brought all of this together under one roof, simplifying the process for our supporters and will provide consistency year after year. In addition, the savings in administration fees can be reinvested in our programing and events.

Tips/Tricks: Sharing the link and QR Code of our main Zeffy page rather than the link of a specific event or a donation page has resulted in a drastic increase in ticket purchases and spin off donations. This is because it created greater exposure to all of our initiatives simultaneously while also offering one common link that supporters can return to in order to access any future events and campaigns.
