We used this form to have our sponsors graciously donate money for an event that we sponsored and booked and funded with our non profit. Instead of having the sponsors pay the venue directly they made a tax deductible donation to us and we paid the tab and kept the remainder for our non profit. It was such an easy app to use and I am a GEN X and definitely not an app guy LOL!
