From Fiesta to Fence: How Our Community Funded a Safer Campus

Our Family Fiesta event form combined ticket sales, sponsorship opportunities, fundraising progress, and event information into a single, easy-to-navigate page, helping us sell 369 tickets and raise $10,690 toward a new safety fence for our school playground and gym area. Having one central destination made promotion simple and helped supporters clearly connect their contributions to a meaningful campus improvement project.

A strategy other nonprofits can replicate is displaying a visible fundraising goal tracker on the event page so attendees can see their impact in real time and feel motivated to help reach the goal.
