Arts Council of Rockland's Luminate: An Immersive Evening of Dance

The Arts Council of Rockland is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting and advancing the arts throughout Rockland County, NY.

Since adopting Zeffy in October 2025, ACOR has been incredibly impressed by the platform's intuitive design, ease of use, and thoughtful functionality. Our Luminate event was the first time we used Zeffy, so there was a learning curve, but the platform made the process really manageable. Through Zeffy, we seamlessly set up ticket sales, sponsorships, journal advertisements, a silent auction, and a raffle for our event, helping us raise more than $21,000.

One feature that proved especially valuable was the flexibility of the ticketing system. It allowed us to manually enter complimentary and in-kind tickets, which was extremely helpful when managing guests whose admission was included as part of sponsorship packages. Since then, we have expanded our use of Zeffy to support our end-of-year fundraising campaign, ticket sales and raffle for our Arts Awards Celebration, and we are preparing to launch both our membership campaign and new e-newsletter through the platform.

Zeffy has truly simplified our fundraising efforts while providing comprehensive tools that are easy to understand and use. It has enabled our small nonprofit team to streamline operations and focus more of our energy on advancing our mission.
