Why it worked: Canadian Improv Games is a national youth charity that operates in pretty much every province across Canada - that means lots and lots of events! This camp registration form provided the families in our program with a very easy process, collecting payment and basic information (such as t-shirt size and the name of the camper).

What you should try: We include full price registration with this event form, but we also have an option for campers to purchase a “Payment Plan”.
