How Our School Booster Club Used Zeffy

Our school Booster Club used Zeffy to organize and manage our VIP Graduation Experience, making the event more organized and enjoyable for graduates and their families.

With Zeffy, we were able to:

• Sell VIP graduation tickets both in advance and at the door.

• Offer reserved, numbered seating so families could sit together without confusion.

• Coordinate VIP parking passes for a smoother arrival experience.

• Partner with our FFA Floral program to sell graduation leis through the same platform, helping support another student organization.

• Use student volunteers to quickly and efficiently check in VIP guests.

Using Zeffy streamlined our ticket sales, reduced the need for paper tracking, and simplified event check-in. Most importantly, it helped us provide a well-organized, stress-free, and memorable graduation experience for our students, parents, and families while supporting multiple student programs.
