We have been using Zeffy for three concert seasons now and they do not disappoint!! They make the whole ticketing process easy from start to finish....from selling tickets, to checking guests in, to handle various requests in real time if people are buying tickets at the door. Also, as a nonprofit, making it so easy for ticket holders to add a donation to their purchase and automatically generate a donation receipt for them not only makes it easy for us, but also easy for them (and when it is easier for them, they are more likely to donate). We have also used their raffle forms for two years now and we were able to jump from $3200 raises last year to over $5600 this year. We actually broke our 2025 record this year in under 24 hours. I believe this is largely, once again, to the easy in which you can create forms but the ease in which people can navigate the forms.

One piece of advice that I would give Zeffy users isn't so much about the forms themselves, but about your Organization Page. This has been such a great new feature!! Having everything in one spot (general donation form, a subscribe button, and any events you would like people to have access to) makes everything so much easier!!
