PYA Gala Fundraiser - Zeffy made event management a snap!

With the easy to set up event system, Zeffy truly made our event a success. We raised $39,725 and were able to have event registrations, 50/50 tickets, auctions and donations all under one QR code which truly made the night a snap!

Suggestions for other non-profits that helped us be successful:

1. Change your leading item on your landing page once your event starts - this way you can fundraise during your event and the first thing registrants see is donations or item sales.

2. Use the QR code. We put it on table signage and large posters before the event and during the event. We didn't need to bother people by walking around soliciting raffle sales or asking for donations.

3. Call out large donors - Zeffy made logging in and live thanking donors so easy. People love being recognized for their contributions in real time!
