As an SSC we realized that we were quickly running out of funds to help supplement the government funding provided to our squadron. Together with the parents we implemented a volunteer bond. The first year we did it we had a square payment reader and e transfer. We tracked paid bonds manually on an excel spread sheet. It was time consuming and at times confusing. At the end of that training year we were told about Zeffy and after a test run (we used it to sell Cadet portraits) we.were.sold. We knew we had found our solution to tracking the bonds. We loved it because everything we needed was in one spot and the parents loved it because all they had to do was click on a link (or scan a QR code) fill out the online sheet and submit payment all from that one spot.

If you have payments for an event that you are required to track we 100% Zeffy. Dealing with etransfers isn’t ideal and can quickly become confusing when you have to reconcile, with Zeffy it’s all done for you.
