Why it worked: Pride Bands Alliance is a larger non-profit organization of 42 member and affiliate music and visual arts organizations, and each year a member organization hosts the annual conference. Being able to share access to the event for reporting, financials, etc. is very helpful to taking some workload off our Conferences committee and our Treasurer - the transparency of monthly payout amounts and dates is greatly appreciated. The customizable questions also really helps to streamline and focus the information being collected from attendees, based the ensembles they choose to participate in.

Something to repeat: Keep the optional fees: this is helpful to some of our members financially, and is a partial reason why we transitioned conference registrations from Eventbrite. Also, keep the customizable questions and discount codes features. Thanks!
