Why it worked:

The Mighty Marching Golden Rams hosted their second annual Battle of the Bands, and it was a huge success compared to last year when we weren't using Zeffy. We sold 325 tickets and raised $3,210 through Zeffy online payments. Zeffy not only helped us pack the entire gym with fans and participaring students, but it also helped us boost sales by using QR codes on all our marketing for pre-orders. It made check-ins super smooth with the Android app, letting our volunteers work the door without giving them full access to our system. The Zeffy platform even let us sell tickets at the door with cash (LOVE IT!), and we even posted a video of the Mighty Marching Golden Rams Band performing on the ticket form to give people a taste of what to expect (GAME CHANGER!).

What we'll definitely do again:

We'll totally post another video of all the bands that played this year on next year's ticket form. The QR code on all our marketing that really helped us TRIPLE the attendance from last year. And finally, we'll keep using the Android app, so our volunteers can work the door without us compromising our systems security.

We also used the platform for our concession stand during the event (LIFESAVER!), we sold over 800 items, and the inventory tracking was flawless. We're already planning to use these tools for all our upcoming events!
