Zeffy exceeded expectations for our Night of Icons Event!

The Junior Woman's Club of Harrington Park loves Zeffy! We switched over from another platform and were so happy we did so. This platform had everything we could have wanted for our ticket sales. We were able to set individual ticket sale dates for specific tickets, enter all our needed information, and it even had a feature for people to add donations to our organization!

Once we were launched, one thing we did realize is that people don't always read every detail. Although it was stated elsewhere, we needed to add information into the title of the ticket like this, "Pink Sheet (10 tickets)-This is presale only, until May 3rd". Even though we had specific information in the description, people weren't bothering to look. We found that reiterating information in various places helped dramatically decrease the number of questions we were getting on how to buy tickets.
