We want to better organize our contacts so we can send targeted messages and information to the appropriate recipients. This will help us communicate more effectively and ensure each message is relevant to the audience receiving it.

We use the tag option often to keep specific groups organized so we can send out information quickly. Each time we hold an event I go through and add tags or organize the attendees so that I can send follow up
