Why our Youth Sports Recreation Group, SYA, loves ZEFFY!

Every year, our organization collaborates with our local Minors baseball team (the Iron Pigs!) to hold a giant community event, bringing all of our young athletes and their families together for a night out of fun and baseball! It is usually a giant undertaking because our various athletes request to sit together with their teammates, but family members attend so they need to choose whether they sit near one of their kids teams or another one of their kids teams, there are give-backs from the Minors organization we have to figure out and meanwhile we want to promote our organization too so there are PR issues. The stadium gives us a section of their seating but we have to assign the actual tickets to each attendee. Selling the tickets to this event using Zeffy helped us so much this year, cutting out a ton of red tape in getting us the information we need about each buyer so we could assign seats correctly! And we sold more tickets than ever before! Usually we have around 250 attendees and this year there were over 500! It worked because it was easy for our families to figure out and it wasn't too hard for us Board members to figure out either!

And don't we all need things to be a little easier these days?
