This form is just one example of how the Zeffy events tool has helped us boost ticket sales for our two major annual events, the Spring Fling and our Fall Fundraiser. In addition, it allows us to include a parallel campaign for those who want to give but can't attend.

The guest list tool is fabulous. It allows us to easily and efficiently manage the check-in process so donors don't have to wait at the door. They feel welcome and that we are a well organized non-profit.

The QR code allows us to make a pitch at the end of the event for additional contributions which have helped us push past our fundraising goals.

Because email and the donation form are integrated, I can easily target my audiences - past event attendees, non-attendees - with different messages. I can also exclude ticket buyers from subsequent event emails. I love that I can also schedule event reminders with the date, time and address of the event.

The event form has greatly improved our event fundraising.
