Like many high school sports programs, the Claremont High School swim team relies on fundraising. This year, the Booster Club switched to Zeffy—a platform that doesn't take a 20% cut like third-party alternatives. The switch was a massive success!
We raised $16,000 total this season, culminating in our end-of-year Swim Banquet. For the banquet alone, we sold 168 tickets and raised over $5,000 directly for the CHS Swimming Program.
Why it worked: Zeffy provided customizable virtual ticketing, easy link sharing, and a seamless event check-in app for our volunteers. Setting up the campaign early, scheduling weekly automated reminders, and keeping the link pinned to our team communication page were the ultimate keys to our success.
