Community4Celiac, A Night of Cocktails & Comedy Featuring Robyn Schall

Community4Celiac, is a 501c3 dedicated to enhancing the lives of those living with Celiac Disease and/or living a gluten free lifestyle and helping to provide them with a close knit community and the resources they need. We are hosting a night of Cocktails & Comedy this year. We aim to support the Celiac Community by creating social gatherings that raise money that goes directly to Celiac Disease Research. All donations support our partnership with Cohen Children's Medical Center. As passionate supporters of research efforts, we are leading a fundraising event in support of the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, to benefit Celiac Disease research and treatment efforts. We are incredibly proud of our affiliation with Cohen Children’s Medical Center, a member of Northwell Health. Cohen Children’s delivers healthcare for children throughout Long Island and New York State. The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology serves countless children and their families in our area. As the diagnosis of Celiac Disease in kids is on the rise, the need for research is more critical than ever. Our goal is to work to continue the Celiac Disease program that we have started at Cohen Children’s Medical Center and continue to watch it grow and thrive.
This was our first year using Zeffy and we are incredibly grateful we found it! We have been able to not only raise money through direct donations, but we have also been able to sell tickets to our event, secure sponsorship funds/donations and allow for our junior ambassadors to have their own fundraising pages linked directly to our main page that add to our overall cause!
This year was also our first year involving junior ambassadors to support our cause! Since Celiac Disease really impacts people of all ages, this has allowed young fundraisers to get more involved, set personal goals for themselves and independently monitor their progress.
