Being a volunteer run 501c3, we are so thankful for the zeffy platform. We have raised over $10,000 across multiple campaigns and kept everything more organized than we ever could before using it.

We take our annual dues from members this way which helps us keep an accurate log of who has renewed, our most up to date email list, and it even sends out the tax receipts on our behalf.

We run a local farmers market and have been able to take all vendor payments though a separate campaign, we have done fundraisers for specific initiatives. It’s amazing. The user interface is incredibly easy to dive right in and within minutes you are up and running with a well designed and simple payment processor complete with link, QR code, it even helps with email campaigns, automated emails to donors, everything you could need to be a well organized, professional organization where people want to get involved, donate to the cause, and stay informed.

We are so so thankful to Zeffy for making this all possible where we used to struggle with checks, cash, and keeping up a Venmo account which had to be tied to just one board members phone - and countless Google Sheets that were out of date. Now everything is web based for the various stakeholders to each have access, everything stays up to date for our records but also automated responses out to the donors. And to top all of that, we are saving on fees too! We feel like we have hit the jackpot in all ways.

I would recommend a donation pages to any organization looking to raise money for their next project. In less than 10 minutes you are taken step by step into every aspect of the form, it even gives you initial scripts which you can choose to use, tweak or just make your own. Use photos, include a progress meter to help encourage donors, automated thank you emails, follow up emails to those on the email list that haven’t donated. It really helps make the process fool proof every step of the way - we have seen a huge uptick in donations, involvement, and even recognition for how our organization has “leveled up” now that we have this new system in place.
