Why it worked: We were able to provide a variety of ticketing options for one aspect of our convening, our evening gala. It allowed individuals and companies to purchase seats or different sized and priced tables to attend our event. The ability to have tables purchased even without names attached was also good because sometimes orgs would buy a table then coordinate who specifically would attend up until the day of the event. We were able to edit the individual names and emergency contact info up until that date. We were able to offer flexibility while also reaching our bigger fundraising goals. We love that the Zeffy platform was free so purchases would only go to the cause instead of paying system fees. It's awesome that we could customize our questions as well to allow for people to share any accommodations they might need as well.

One thing another nonprofit could repeat: allow purchases of whole tables without specific names, allow for different pricing in hopes of allowing companies and individuals the opportunity to give to the cause while attending a fun event.
