Hi! We recently had a lot of success with our virtual 5k fundraiser, raising over $121,000! The event URL is above.

Zeffy worked great for us because it didn't require people to create an account like several other platforms for 5ks do. As a result, we were able to mitigate costs and better the use experience compared to previous years. Additionally, the form was easy to navigate, even with a lot of questions, which women really liked.

One thing I would recommend as the Vice Chair that ran this event is to load a list of potential participants (or in our case, past participants) in initially to manage email contact with the audience. Once you start to notice momentum drop, you are then able to email those that didn't purchase from the initial email and continue to whittle down the audience of available participants that way without having to manually comb through lists. It was super slick and increased engagement by 100+ registrations each subsequent time I did it (I did it 3 follow on times after the initial send).
