Bob Gilman Fun Run- Ski and Snowboard Race

The Bob Gilman Fun Run has become a beloved community tradition that sells out year after year, attracting hundreds of participants and supporters. As sponsorship requests began rolling in, we needed a platform that was easy for businesses to use and efficient for our volunteer-led organization to manage.

Zeffy proved to be exactly what we needed.

By offering immediate online registration and payment processing, sponsors were able to secure their commitments instantly without the delays and administrative burden that often come with mailing checks, tracking invoices, or following up on payments. The platform made the entire process seamless for both our sponsors and our team.

The success of our sponsorship campaign has given us confidence to expand our use of Zeffy even further. For our 10th Annual Bob Gilman Fun Run next year, we plan to utilize Zeffy for event ticket sales as well, helping us manage registrations for more than 300 attendees while continuing to provide a simple, user-friendly experience for our supporters.
