Why It Worked:

The Niles Band Boosters used Zeffy to manage ticket sales for our annual Purse Bingo fundraiser, one of our largest fundraising events of the year. The event sold 304 tickets and raised $21,670 to help support our students’ trip to Orlando, where the Niles McKinley Red Dragon Marching Band performed in the Magic Kingdom Parade. Zeffy made it easy for attendees to purchase tickets online, helped our volunteers keep track of registrations, and gave us a professional, organized way to manage a large event. The ease of online ticket sales allowed us to reach supporters beyond our immediate band families and made the purchasing process simple for everyone.
