Why Zeffy worked for us: We had used a different platform in the past but had issues creating a one stop place to collect all the information we needed for. summer youth retreat. Our goal was to create a form that provided the information to the most frequently asked questions about the retreat, is easy to complete on a mobile device, allows registration of multiple family members, ticket options, and the availability to select the number and size of the free retreat t-shirts. It also allowed us to capture parent (guardian) waiver agreement as well. Both the links and QR codes helped us get the registration site in front of people in an easy and effecient manner. People responded very quickly because of the ease of use.

The ability to set Early Bird pricing and volunteer pricing (reduced or free) was very useful to us as well. Reporting is easy and helps us keep track of who has registered and where we are in the process. The automated weekly reports on payments is a great feature for our accounting folks.

This could be useful to other non-profits who are wanting folks to register, select different ticket options, select available merchandise and capture authorization of a waiver.
