Zeffy custom order data

How can I send / include custom data when I link a customer to Zeffy to place an order?

I would like my website back-end to receive this data when the order is placed to link it to an existing customer/order.

I think the web form might be capable of doing this, but the web form does not allow paying by Google/Apple Pay - is this right? Any way to allow it to?
