Tax Season Was So Much Easier!
We started using Zeffy during the second quarter of 2025. This means that for the first quarter of 2025, we were receiving donations from a number of different platforms. So when it came time to send out receipts to our donors at the beginning of 2026, we were afraid of making sure we got all donations covered. However, one day playing around in Zeffy, we realized that we could go in and add previous donations, contacts, etc and then generate receipts through Zeffy for those donations. This was a game changer! After getting all of the backlogged donations, we now are able to do the same moving forward with new donations that we get that aren't through Zeffy.
This has been extremely helpful in keeping track of donors, communication, receipts and donor history.
